Urban Decay Flagship Freestanding Store
The opening of Urban Decay's first flagship store at Fashion Island presented an opportunity to translate the brand's rebellious identity into a fully immersive retail experience. Every surface was considered, from the iconic silver tree and illuminated lightboxes to custom fixture graphics, the palette wall and drawer system, sparkle installations, and the patterned metal storefront, creating a space that felt unmistakably Urban Decay.
Working closely with founder Wende Zomnir, I helped bring her vision to life by developing a cohesive environmental graphics system that balanced bold expression with thoughtful execution. Each design decision reinforced the brand's distinctive point of view, transforming the flagship into an experience that was as memorable as the products themselves.
